Carol Griffee Environmental Papers

M90-11

This collection is the environment related papers of the well-known Little Rock Journalist, Carol Griffee.  Ms. Griffee was the environment reporter for the Arkansas Gazette Newspaper in Little Rock.  During that time, she came to know most of the people involved on both sides of the environmental issues in Arkansas.  She became particularly knowledgeable about the issue of ground water usage in the state.  When she retired from the Arkansas Gazette Ms. Griffee continued to work as a freelance journalist and editor.
