Gale Booth Stewart is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Willard Hugh Stewart of Des Arc, Arkansas. She is a graduate of Hendrix College at Conway, Arkansas as well as a graduate of the Indiana University School of Law. Ms. Stewart has a private law practice in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was active in the movement to prevent the channelization of the Cache River. She is married to Walter H. Nunn and they own the Rose Publishing Company in Little Rock.
